We stand behind our work and offer 90 days of free support and training once your site is live should there be any issues regarding the original scope of your project. We monitor email support 24/7 and our hosting is guaranteed to always be up and running. We also utilize GoToMyPc account support which allows us to see your computer while you are on the phone so we can maximize training & problem solving efficiencies.

Training & Support
We offer one (1) “hands-on” training session per organization included in the proposed price. Training will take one hour and as many people as you need trained can attend. We can train you on-site or remotely. There are also video tutorials of the training posted on our training page for your reference at any time.

Maintenance fees are $25 per incident or $50 and hour if you decide not to maintain you site. We also offer monthly support packages ranging from $50-$250 and can include hosting, news releases and email broadcasts.

• Web Hosting: 24/7 hosting is included in the monthly price for clients whose bandwidth does not exceed 2 gigs per month.
• Up to 2 gigs bandwidth per month = $250 Annually
• 3 to 15 gigs bandwidth per month = $450 Annually
• 15 gigs and above bandwidth usage per month = $600 Annually
• Dedicated Server = $3,000 Annually
• Monthly Back Up: Monthly remote image back-ups of your site
• GoToAssist Support: Allows us to log on to your computer to fully troubleshoot your issue
• Email Support: Add and delete emails and get help troubleshooting issues with webmail
• Google Analytics Reports: Sent weekly or monthly with vital stats statistics
• WordPress Support: Covers major upgrades and plug-in maintenance
• Facebook Support: Answers and training to your common Facebook questions.
• Twitter Support: Answers and training to your common Twitter questions.
• Joomla & Drupal Support: In addition to content changes this covers available modifications to existing modules and global php configurations to system and modules, minor updates are included that don’t require a site rebuild.
• Content Changes: Consists of adding or removing text, links, pages and images but does not include design for photos, custom headers, video and photography. Stock images are billed at $10 per image and copywriting $25 per page. Allow 24-48 hrs for revisions to be made.
• Email Broadcast Monthly: GO interactive will enable you to use an I-contact account. We will set up a template, embed a sign up form on your website and import your initial contacts.
• Monthly Press Release to Blog, Facebook & Twitter: GO Interactive will write one press release per month and post to your news section.
• Support: Includes helping to make sure that your site is functioning properly and does not include adding or installing new features, modules, hacking, programming code, or customizations. Trained users may call for lost passwords, email changes or review of functionality.

*Note: Customers that have already paid in advance for their hosting may deduct hosting from their monthly invoice. Prices are per website, customers with multiple websites require additional estimate. Press Releases or email campaigns do not carry over, customer email lists exceeding 1,000 subscribers will incur additional costs.
